Not every buyer wants the fastest fan in the shop. The Regular takes the same 400 mm Shatabdi body down to 1350 RPM and 65 W, which makes it noticeably quieter and cheaper to run. For bedrooms, offices and anywhere a fan runs all day in the background, it is usually the better sale.
